About ME
Who Am I?
Krystél Lewis is the Owner of Prosper Life Wellness Studio in Burnsville, Minnesota. Krystél is passionate about helping people create a lifestyle of wholeness, purpose, and balance. As a Certified Integrative Life Coach, Raindrop Technique Specialist, and Certified Aroma Freedom Practitioner, she offers an integrative approach towards wellness to help you experience wholeness in every area of life. "Wholeness" includes (but is not limited to) mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual freedom. Krystél offers one-on-one coaching sessions, holistic treatments, as well as a variety of monthly educational classes to help you create a permanent shift towards wholeness.

Removing Obstacles
We all have places in our life where we are blocked. Working together, we will identify those blocks and find ways for you to overcome them. Aromatherapy is offered in many of these sessions and used as an aid to expose mental, emotional, and spiritual blockers. This gentle and effective process can lead to a permanent shift towards freedom.

Life is full of opportunities, and it is my job to help you show up fully; mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually in order to live the life you were created to live.
Live Your Dreams
When you choose to live a dream, you need a plan to make it come true. Once you have a plan, a coach will help you stick to it and get around any obstacles.
